Smart Insights’ recent research into the Future of Digital Marketing revealed a big uptick in interest in using AI to support marketing, with approx. 48% of marketers using it now to assist with generating content, and 10% planning to use it in future.

However, the use of AI for targeting and website personalization is lower, around 28%.
